How does the AI OCR work?+
PhotonDoq uses state-of-the-art AI models to read and interpret documents. Unlike traditional OCR that only recognises characters, our AI understands context — it knows the difference between an issuer and recipient VAT ID, identifies values with and without VAT, and automatically classifies the document type. Average accuracy is above 95% and all fields can be verified and edited before export.
What document types can I process?+
Supplier and customer invoices, delivery and dispatch notes, certificates and technical reports, contracts, meeting minutes and any other text document. Accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP. It can be a digital PDF or a photo taken with your phone — the system adapts to both.
How much does it cost?+
No monthly fees, no contracts. You pay per document processed: €0.15 each. Start with 10 free documents to try it out. Then top up whenever you want — from €15 (100 docs). For higher volumes, automatic discounts apply: €0.13 from 500 docs, €0.11 from 2,000, and €0.08 above 10,000/month.
Are my documents secure?+
Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Infrastructure is hosted in Europe (Frankfurt), fully GDPR compliant. Each company has completely isolated data — an accountant with 10 clients has 10 separate spaces with zero data crossover.
Do I need technical knowledge?+
